From I-95 North - Head northeast on 95 North and take exit 71 toward Englewood. Merge onto Broad Ave then turn left onto Phelps Ave. Take the next right onto Grand Ave. Make a slight right to merge onto NJ-4 West/Hwy 4 West. In about a half mile make a slight right onto Van Brunt Street and the clinic will be located on your right.

From Paramus Area - Head South on NJ-17 South. Keep left at the fork and take the exit toward Fort Lee/New York. Then merge onto NJ-4 East. In about 5 miles take the exit toward Rockwood Place and turn right onto Rockwood Place. Take the first right onto Grand Ave then make a slight right to merge onto NJ-4 West/Hwy 4 West. Make a slight right onto Van Brunt Street and the clinic will be located on your right.

From Closter/Norwood Areas - Head south on Knickerbocker Road. Turn left onto West Palisade Ave and at the traffic circle continue straight to stay on W Palisade Ave. Then turn right onto South Van Brunt Street. After passing W. Forest Ave and Smith Street the clinic will be located on your left.
