Passport Health’s Sarasota and Bradenton locations serve immigration applicants from around the world. Our goal is to simplify the I-693 process by offering all of your needs in as few visits as possible, eliminating the hassle involved with using some other providers.

The immigration physical requires that you receive a medical examination, a blood draw, testing for certain communicable diseases, and up-to-date vaccinations. Our locations allow you to complete most of the I-693 requirements in one location. We utilize a USCIS-designated civil surgeon and our registered nurses can provide any necessary vaccinations on site. We carry all necessary vaccinations in stock.
Be sure to bring the following for your appointment:

- Vaccine Records
- Valid Driver’s License
- Medical Records
Your completed I-693 will be provided in a sealed envelope for Form I-485 submission and an unsealed copy for your personal records.
Your completed Form I-693 is delivered in two envelopes: one sealed for submission with your Form I-485 (do not open), and one unsealed for your personal records. Documents are typically ready within 10 to 14 days of your first visit.
Pricing can vary depending on an individual’s age and needs. Passport Health is always happy to provide an itemized invoice for submission to insurance or other providers to help mitigate costs.
