Your immigration physical covers all USCIS-required I-693 components: physical examination, TB blood testing, syphilis and gonorrhea screening (ages 15+), mental and physical health review, drug use assessment, and a vaccination evaluation covering MMR, Tdap, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza, and others. All vaccines are kept in-stock for your convenience.
Be sure to bring the follow for your immigration medical examination:
- Current vaccination records
- Previous documentation of tuberculosis treatment, if applicable
- Include past chest-x-rays, if applicable
- Photo identification such as a passport or driver’s license
